THEY WERE FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO MEET OUT SCHEDULE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK MET OUR EXPECTATIONS. IN THE END, WE DO WISH THAT THEY WOULD HAVE HAULED THE OLD CARPET AWAY INSTEAD OF LEAVING THE CARPET OUT FOR THE WEEKLY GARBAGE PICK UP.

THE FIRST SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR CARPET, BUT HE WAS NO LONGER EMPLOYED WHEN I WENT TO PURCHASE. THE SECOND SALESMAN SEEMED TO WANT TO CHARGE ME MORE, BUT ENDED UP GIVING ME A FAIR PRICE. INSTALLATION WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME.

THE CARPET WAS NOT IN STOCK AND HAD TO BE ORDERED. IT TOOK A WHILE TO COME IN. THE INSTALLATION WENT WELL-VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE CARPET UP THE STAIRS DID NOT MATCH THE STORE SAMPLE AND WILL NEED REPLACED IN THE FUTURE.

THE INSTALLERS LEFT GARBAGE IN OUR LAWN, THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED POORLY WITH HIGHLY VISIBLE SEAMS AND BAD PATTERN ALIGNMENT. WE COMPLAINED AND THEY CAME BACK OUT BUT STILL IS NOT PERFECT.
