Sales person was helpful, and the installers did a good job. We noticed some tacks poking through on one threshold the day after installation, but they were willing to work with us to correct the problem.

THEY WERE DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH ON THE SALES SIDE BECAUSE NO ONE WAS ON THE SAME PAGE ABOUT ANYTHING. ON THE INSTALLATION SIDE, THEY WERE NO BETTER. THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET WITH LITTLE REGARD FOR THE WALLS, BASEBOARDS AND OUR BELONGINGS IN THE HOUSE. WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CARPET, PRIZANT PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD INSTALL THE NEW CARPET AND REMOVE AND HAUL AWAY THE OLD CARPET. AFTER THE NEW CARPET WAS INSTALLED, PRIZANT REFUSED TO REMOVE THE OLD CARPET, AND LEFT IT IN STACKS ALL OVER THE HOUSE. WE CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A SALES MANAGER WHO SENT THE INSTALLERS BACK TO CLAIM THE OLD CARPET. THE INSTALLERS WERE ANGRY THAT THEY HAD BEEN REQUIRED TO RETURN. IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE OLD CARPET TO THEIR TRUCKS, THEY ACCIDENTALLY (?) BROKE OUR MAILBOX. I'M SURE YOU CAN FIND A COMPANY TO INSTALL THE IDENTICAL CARPET SANS ATTITUDE PROBLEM. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NEGATIVE, AND WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN (AND NEITHER WILL THE FRIENDS WE HAVE ADVISED OF THE SAME).

INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. WORK PERFORMANCE WAS GOOD.

PRIZANT'S HELPED ME OUT BY LETTING ME FINANCE THE WORK. THEY ALSO GOT HERE QUICKLY AND THE PEOPLE DOING THE WORK WERE VERY POLITE.
