"On Thursday, 10/5/17 Pristine Communication sent a technician to Roberta M. to have a telephone line connected to a two-line telephone system. Roberta M. told the Technician that the two-line system was already in use by a telephone. After the requested line was connected, the technician could not get any service from the newly connected phone. He worked for over 1 ½ hours trying to get the phone working, when Roberta M. informed him of a 2nd phone already connected to the two-line system. This 2nd connected phone was in a dark, empty room that the technician did not know existed. At this point the technician explained to Roberta M. that the line was equipped to handle only 2 phones, so the newly installed phone would not function. With Roberta's permission the phone in the dark, empty room was disconnected and immediately the newly installed phone worked. Roberta apologized for not informing the technician about the 2nd phone, checked the new connection and endorsed the job with the check to us. We would be happy to help Roberta again with only clear communication to avoid any misunderstanding going forward. Thanks, Pristine Communication"
