I was overcharged and they did not make that right when it was brought to their attention. They worked hard but they did not completely move everything and did not tell me that they did not moved everything. Lack of communication.

I hired this company for my move and I would definitely hire them again. I had 3 movers and they were very helpful, professional and careful. They wrapped my furniture very good and they were able to get my sofa and loveseat in my new apartment door. I was worried they wouldnâ t fit and they got them through. Shannon is very nice and helpful and helped me understand the estimates and helped me multiple times to update my inventory list when I called. Thank you all!

I was not going to answer this question, but I changed my mind because I am sitting here with no couch and looking at my coffee table and the damage that was done to it. I personally went and picked up the coffee table and 2 end tables and took them home in my truck, and there was not a mark on any of them. Now the corners on the top are scraped off down to the bare wood, and along the side, it is scratched. I just do not understand how that could have happened unless the table was dropped on the pavement or dragged on the pavement. As far as the couch I am confused beyond words for the simple fact that they were able to get the matching loveseat in without a problem, but the next thing I heard was that they were not able to get the couch in which still does not make sense to me or anyone else. People look at me as if I am crazy when I say the movers said it will not fit because it makes no sense simply because it was not that much bigger than the loveseat. The door could have been taken off the hinges temporarily or the couch could have been brought in over the balcony, but nothing was attempted at all. They just said it does not fit, and that was it. This furniture was fairly new with matching lamps, and pictures that were too be hung up on the wall along with an antique wooden chair. Now the entire set is ruined. To say that I am upset and angry would be putting it mildly. There is one more thing that I did not like about the way this was handled. I did not get any type of paperwork for anything, I was handled a tablet and just asked for my signature in the middle of the move. Who has the chance to stop and read screen after screen on a tablet when you are running around like a crazy person trying to get everything done and get the move done and load up my truck and my sons truck and pay attention to what you are signing seriously!! The young man, whom I believe was the one in charge, was explaining, oh this is just blah blah blah, sign here. Like I said in the beginning, I was not going to say anything about my experience with Prime Movers, but I moved on July 16th, and I was hoping my anger would settle down, but it has not and especially when I noticed the coffee table today, that coupled with the fact that I have to go and get a new living room set I thought it was necessary for something to be said because this just is not right. Not after what they charged me in the end. They were courteous and pleasant enough, but in my opinion not professional movers. I am not a mean person, but I am just being honest.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. My positive experience started with Shannon explaining the process very thoroughly. In the next few weeks, their user friendly website permitted me to upload pictures of what furniture I would need moved. When I forgot a few pieces, Shannon added it to the inventory. On the day of the move, the movers actually got to my house 5 minutes early and were so friendly and professional. They got to work right away and hustled! They packed the truck to the max! After they arrived at the new house, a heavy rainstorm came through amd they worked right through that. (Still hustling and friendly). I would recommend this company 1000%. Thank you Prime Moving Co for making this part of my move a very positive experience!! I will recommend you to everyone!
