Wonderfully! Chris's team of men were like busy beavers, all over the house. In and out in 2 days, when we'd been waiting for months for this stuff to be completed. Very efficient, clean, personable, professional. We've already contacted him for further work.

Appointment set quickly, for all 3 of us. Efficient office. Well run. Choices of appointment times were good although not after work hours. Took time off to go but don't feel it was wasted. Almost no time in waiting room nor in the room waiting for the dr.

I had a basic sinus infection and just needed to get antibiotics. I don't have insurance and called in advance to get an estimate for a basic visit to get an antibiotic prescription. I was given the cost based on my issue.
I was able to get a same day appointment, which was great. What wasn't great, however, was that I waited for approximately 45 minutes before I saw the doctor. When I did see the doctor, she did exactly what I expected, which was look in my ears, throat, and nose and write a prescription. The appointment itself took about 15 minutes, significantly less than the time I waited.
After I was done with the antibiotics, my symptoms only subsided very slightly. I was able to call in and get a refill easily enough. I do, however, believe that the antibiotics prescribed were not suitable to the severity of my condition. This doctor prescribed a different antibiotic than what I have taken before (and since) for the same symptoms. The other antibiotics worked more quickly, and a refill has never been needed before (or since).
Later I got a bill in the mail for $90.00 more than I was told. I mailed a note requesting why I was charged more. I got a letter back stating that the higher cost reflected the complexity of the visit. I mailed another note stating that the doctor only looked into my ears, nose, and throat and wrote a prescription. I asked what exactly happened during the visit to trigger the charge for a more complex visit. The only correspondences I received after that was a statement and calls from bill collectors. I refused to pay the additional costs due to the office never being able to justify the cost.

The office is very up to date, they even include an online service that lets you refill prescriptions, write to your Dr. etc. Google maps initially got me lost, but after calling the office they described where their Forest HIlls office was, and it was super easy to get to. They had all their forms online so I was able to fill them out and print them so I didn't have to sit in the waiting area filling them out. This was good because I had my 9 month old in tow. The nurses were all very nice. The Dr. took a little bit to come in, I think I was 2nd in the queue while I waited, but he also had to look over my records from my old Dr. so this wasn't a bit deal. I overheard the nurses talking and they said the last patient was in and out in 19 minutes!
Dr. Smith was very nice and professional. I have a PhD in Neuroscience, and I must say this is the most knowledgable Primary Care Physician I've come across in years. He even corrected a miss-diagnosis from my past Dr. I had to get blood work done, and they were able to do the extraction there without waiting. I was thoroughly impressed with him, the nurses and the facilities and will definitely use him as my PCP as long as I'm within a reasonable travel distance. I've recommended that my wife uses him as well.

Went well. They were running a little behind, even for a 9:20 appt.
Saw a nurse, then the doctor showed up soon after.
We talked about symptoms, she had a couple alternate hypotheses (depression, some others).
Got some blood work. They do it in house. I get pretty close to fainting with most blood work, but they were very helpful.

He checked the site and it was perfect. He also asked me all kinds of questions regarding my symptoms and reasons for surgery. He also asked me how I felt regarding my strength and appetite. He is a rare PCP and is very good. I will be going back in December.

They answered my questions. They were prompt and never felt rushed. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in by the next week which was unusual.

He's very thorough and gets your test results back to you as soon as possible. I would recommend him to other patients interested in finding a family doctor. I will continue to see him in the future.
