I wish I could give this contractor 0 stars!!!!! Worst experience we have had working with a contractor. Unreliable, employees are not provided with equipment necessary to perform task at hand. We were contracted to have our home's mortar joints repaired, painted, and have a glass block window replaced. The job was said to only take 2 weeks, we are now entering week 6. Only one employee was assigned to perform most of the work, he was not provided with a proper paint sprayer to paint the thick paint needed for brick. This has been a nightmare!! The glass block window ordered was the wrong size, contract specifically reads 32 x 31 glass block window, the window they put in only measures 29 x 29. The mortar surrounding the window is approx. 3 inches, much more than recommended. The employees installing the window mentioned multiple times that due to this error the mortar will crack and ultimately need to be replaced. When owner was told this, he responded saying there is, "no way in ****," he was ordering a new window, though it was his fault. Little to no respect for homeowners. More than once this contractor has used profanity towards our neighbors when he was asked to stop blocking their driveway, which happened almost daily. Clean up has been non-existent. We have mortar and over-spray on much of our property, when the glass block was removed, we used our personal shop-vac to clean up the mess. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.
