I called and made an appointment for service. I followed up by calling the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm the appointment. It was confirmed and I was told they would call 30 minutes before coming. The next day, nobody called and nobody came. When I called 5 hours after the appointment time, they said they didn't see my on their schedule. Totally unprofessional!

Kudos to Bob, Jason and the crew who saved me from a $13,000 sewer repair bill. I had a less than reputable estimate from a company on a Sunday afternoon after our sewer backed up. They used a camera in the line and told us that there were two areas that needed replaced and pressured me to sign for an emergency repair which included a water way. On Monday, my insurance company recommended that Precision Plumbing take a look too, they saw no breaks and took the time to do it a second time to explain their findings to me. The culprit was a root or branch in the line which caused the damage and it was covered by insurance. It was fixed Tuesday morning! They were very professional, honest and caring. The owners also stopped by to reassure me that the problems I was led to believe existed were not present, ran the camera again and were very helpful.

It wasn't easy. We had been flooded by rainwater deluge andhad a flooded basemen family roomt.. He worked in the midst of our cleanup((, pulling up carpet, fans running, furniture everywhere, etc.) Hw worked patiently and methodically, explaining as he went, and used advanced equipment which he carries with him on his truck, so its immediately available.  He was able to get us into a workable situation, then returned on Mon with a different piece of equipment to make sure the line was clear. Jason never added charges, what he estimated our costs to be is what the actual cost was.
