I thought the original service was fine. In fact the friend who referred me to Precision Pest also used the service at his house and his mothers. In 2010, I called to renew. They sent out the document and I sent the check. I call to renew in 2011 and did not get in touch with the company. I left numerous messages and gave them every opportunity to respond. They did not. I had to have the full service reperformed by another company as the swarmers came back in 2011.

Excellent service. When I had doubts about the inspection, calls were promptly returned and property was even re-inspected to ensure I was happy with the work!
