PITTSBURGH PETALS

The overall experience was your worst wedding nightmare. She showed up 40 minutes late, therefore I had to miss picture time with my girls as we waited on flowers. Then she was rude to us for being upset that she was late. She decorated my topiaries that were apart of my ceremony by putting a single orange (the one color I asked her not to use) daisy in them. The daisies must now be photo shopped out of my formal pics. It looked absolutely ridiculous. She also showed up with the wrong vases and flowers for my centerpieces. I asked for tall vases with white/ivory/chocolate flowers. She instead decided to put round fishbowls with orange and yellow daisies in them. I confronted her about it at my reception and she said oh, this is what you ordered remember? How comical is that! She also decorated my ivory cakes with floppy large daisies that were once again orange! I had to rip the flowers off this hideous looking cake, the colors were once again wrong the flowers did not even look right or proportional to the cake. My girls and I had to redecorate the cake with our bouquets and I no longer have a bouquet to preserve. I wish this was all however, my florist also decided to just flat out not do things that I paid her to do. For a few examples: She did not make the floral arrangement I was to have on display that was to be In Loving Memory of our late grandparents. Also, flower petals wre not placed anywhere I asked them to be. It was a mess and this woman was paid in full. She was rude, very unprofessional and her lazy, sloppy idea of being a florist trashed my elegant wedding. Who puts Halloween orange daisies at a formal ivory and chocolate ballroom wedding anyways?
