Everyone was really great to work with and their price was very good. They picked up and delivered my rug witch was super convenient. I'm just not happy with the results. I bought a used Karastan rug that needed cleaned badly because it was filthy and stunk. I expected it to come back smelling clean or like nothing at all. It actually smelled like they soaked it in a few bottles of Downey with no water. I don't know if I can impress upon you how strong the smell was. It infiltrated the entire 2nd floor and seriously burned our throats at first. Not kidding. I put this rug in the bedroom with the bed over top of it. I'm a sound sleeper; NOTHING wakes me up. The first night with it down, the fabric softener smell woke me up and I could not fall back to sleep. I've brushed in baking soda and vacuumed it back out 3 times with a pretty powerful Dyson and soaked it with vinegar water twice and after two months, the smell has finally been contained to just the room it's in. I'm going to soak it again or will buy some pet odor remover and see what happens. Now that the fabric softener smell is starting to wear off, I'm starting to smell dog again. Is this normal for professional rug washing? Or was mine so bad that it couldn't be cleaned? If that was the case, I would like to have been told that rather than masking it with fabric softener. I just feel like I shouldn't have to put this much work into a clean rug. I think when I find another rug I like, I'll be selling this one or putting it to the curb because I can't handle the "clean" smell.

An appointment and estimate were made very quickly by email and confirmed by phone for cleaning two area rugs (6x9, 9x12). Very prompt on day of pick up and turn around time was swift. Both reps were on time, relaid the rugs, which were beautifully cleaned. Highly recommend for cleaning service and professional customer service. The price was very fair. Absolutely would use again.

They're excellent. Not only are their prices reasonable, but they did a great job. I cannot say enough about them.

We were so impressed by this company. We had a valuable (to us) Indian wool rug that needed to be cleaned. We went to their shop and talked to the technician who washed the rugs. We were very impressed. He showed us all the steps he took to clean a rug--first getting rid of the embedded dirt, washing in a water bath, then hanging dry in a non-humid, high-heat environment. We took our rug in for cleaning, and four days later got it back, brilliant colors restored.
BTW, their sister company--onsite--also has an amazing variety of high quality oriental rugs.
