Initial call went well, I provided needed dimensions and they provided estimate.  When it came to scheduling the actual install, that's when things got funny.  They didn't know when the window would come in and gave me an approximate install date. Actually stayed home from work one day, they never showed.  The next day the worker tried to delay the install another day, but his manager made him come same day after I had already missed work the day before.  Once installed I inspected the window and found a hairline crack on one side.  Texted the company with pics, never heard back.  This better not become an issue when the temperatures drop.  Price was good, would consider using again only because I have other windows in that same style/size that are foggy and may need to replace.

I took estimates for few places and this company came up with a good price and explained the details very well. A total of three double pane window glasses were replaced.
They came out first and took the measurements and after a week replaced the first two windows. During that visit they also took out the foyer window glass and boarded it for couple of weeks. Came again and replaced the third one. It was lot of work for the open foyer window -- had two people come over to replace it. Overall very good experience and good price.

Went on the Pittsburgh Mirror and Glass website and sent in an email request for an estimate; Jeff responded within a few hours. Once the order was placed, Jason (assigned as the contact team member) kept me informed on order status, delivery, and scheduled the install appointment. They were right on time for install appointment and managed to work around the crooked wall in which mirror was to be installed and made sure it was extra secure. Except for a minor miscommunication with the order, which pushed the delivery date out a couple days, the overall experience and customer service was excellent. Within a week+ of ordering, we had a beautiful mirror set up in the basement which has opened up the room quite a bit and really reflects and brings in the light.

A representative came and measured the window . He was courteous, prompt and efficient. Once the order was placed it took a week to come in, then they came and replaced it at a time convenient for me.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. A good experience overall.
