 + -1 morePITTSBURGH CONNECT IS A GREAT INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. THE COST OF THEIR SERVICE IS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER INTERNET SERVICES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS WHEN WE HAVE CALLED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEY HAVE GIVEN OVER THE PHONE, MANY TIMES, FOR VARIOUS PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD.

 + -1 moreI GET THIS SERVICE BECAUSE IT IS CHEAP AND THERE ARE NO POP-UPS. LIKE THAT MAIL CAN BE WEB-BASED. HAVE GOOD AMOUNT OF LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERS. HOWEVER, OCCASIONALLY THE CONNECTION DROPS AND I MUST REDIAL (THAT'S WHY I GAVE THEM A 'C' FOR QUALITY OF WORK).
