Contractor claims to have contracted COVID a few days before the scheduled start. After a couple weeks of understanding and patience on our part, began work on upstairs bathroom. On second day on job, exhibited an unfriendly attitude and became almost uncommunicative. Created two different water leaks in the process of the two weeks plus he worked on the job, grout-work in new shower stall is substandard, never began second bathroom or door work in spite of several stories about his problems and continued patience on our part. Seemed to be frustrated and unable to deal with that frustration on a professional level.
