very upset and unsatisfied with his answers and attitude towards me to the point where I had to hang up to avoid further aggravation from him, . why would HE not come out to evaluate the situation instead of telling me its not possible that it could happen, he asked what exactly do I want him to do, I want the pool replaced its two years old why should I have to patch it up because of their negligence ! buyer beware !!! If it cant hurt anything why do they recommend pets and children stay off of it for at least and hour ??

"Perf-a-Lawn has been family owned and operated for 30 years. During this time, we have never encountered any type of complaints regarding granular fertilizers causing any type of erosion to surfaces. After speaking with [member name removed], no resolution was able to be agreed upon. [member name removed] was assured that the products we applied to the lawn would not cause any of this type of damage. We turned the matter over to our insurance agency so that they may determine if the damage was the company’s fault. After investigation, we were notified that Erie Insurance investigated the issue and Perf-a-Lawn was not responsible for the pool damages. A portion of the adjuster’s findings is as follows: “Our insured indicated that they had laid down a granular fertilizer application on your lawn in August of this year. Based on your statement to ERIE, you indicated that the fertilizer stuck to the exterior of your pool walls causing discoloration and when you scrubbed it clean, a pinhole emerged. Our insured has not received any complaints of this nature in the past and has been in business for over 30 years. My insured indicates that their fertilizers would not cause this sort of damage to pools”"

We used them last spring/summer. The guy would show up with his truck as scheduled but would do such a rushed job he didn't always spray our entire front/back lawn. We had lots of crab grass and weeds throughout the months they sprayed so we cancelled our service since it obviously wasn't doing anything. We've been doing it ourselves this spring and have already seen better results vs. last year.

I am pretty happy with them. They have done good work. They give discounts if you refer some one to them, which is kind of nice. I use them every year. This is the 3rd year I have used them. I have a really big lawn. The price is very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

The company is prompt, efficient, courteous, and very competively priced. They were recommended by a neighbor who lives at the top of our street who was also very happy with their service.
