They did a great job. Gave us a great truck.

The truck was fantastic, it was new. It had very few miles on it. The man we worked with (Dan) was very kind. Went out to the truck with us and showed up how to open it. He just took as much time as we needed. He also gave us some directions to Home Depot which was really nice.
I made the reservation way in advance, I did not think of how we would all fit in the truck, but then I realized they had bucket seats. So I initially called Budget (another mover) because they had bench seats and they ended up not having them.
They told me the age of all the fleets.

After having rented moving trucks from different companies in the past and having awful experiences, I was nervous about doing it again. However the truck I rented from Penske was clean, drove nicely, and didn't break down (big plus)! The guys at both the pick up and drop off places were extremely nice and helpful. For as much of a hassle as moving is, my move went remarkably smoothly. I would definitely use this company again!

The company was very professional and responsive to my calls. The rental process was painless. The truck was clean and in very good condition. The pick-up and drop-off points were very convenient. The rates were the best by far of all other truck rental companies.

The truck that we rented first was overheated and needed a new radiator by the time we got home. We returned the truck for a new one which then worked fine.
