Roy did a fantastic job designing a new building for our company. He really had a great process to get our wants and needs and apply them to his designs. He came up with a wonderful solution that we have now been in for 3 years. He stuck with us every step of the way throughout construction and beyond. Roy is a real professional and delight to work with.

I will now be utilizing Roy's services to rennovate my house. You cannot go wrong with Roy!!!

I hired Roy Penner, Penner and Associates Architects, to help me with my office renovation. It was a tough job because it wasn't my building and some but not all costs were going to be paid for by the landlord. I asked him to take care of selection of all the finishes and work with our existing furniture and equipment which was not budgeted for replacement. The job in addition to architectural skills also required people skills in dealing with the property agent, the carpet guy, the painter, the tile guy, the carpenters, the electrician and others. One of the things that was quite interesting to me was seeing the changes come about that radically improved the look of the office. All for not a lot of money. It was a difficult job and Roy was simply outstanding.
