The 2001 work went fine . . . quality prompt work and job completion on schedule. After that everything went downhill. 6 -8 months later . . . Spring 2002 . . . Penn Contracting was hired to do entryway ceiling repair. When the painter's lunch break started he departed and was never seen again. He left behind some tools and all his paint supplies. Shortly after that Penn Contracting went out of business. Bizarre at beat. FastFwd to April 2013 Penn Contracting is back in business. Since Penn Contracting owner, Randy, did a good job on our living room ceiling we asked for an estimate on our bedroom walls & ceiling. It took Randy about 8-weeks 3 - 5 phone calls to get back with his estimate. We had decided to move on with a new contractor when Randy finally returned our call. He gave us his estimate and said he would be there the following Monday to start the project. The following Monday Randy was a no-show and he didn't call. Tuesday . . . Wednesday, no Randy, no phone call. We've gone far beyond the call of duty with patience. We are moving ahead with estimates and will hire a different contractor. Penn Contracting doesn't have a quality of work problem. Penn Contracting has a huge credibility and punctuality problem that will eventually put them out of business . . . AGAIN!!!
Description of Work: Nothing by virtue of contractor choice. Penn Contracting was a no-show without any prior notification or phone calls.
