Yes, I recommend this pro
Mr. Quintero had set up my computer in 2011 and it had been working fine since then.  However, in the past 5 days I had been unable to read or send email.  I had to contact Verizon technical support four times before getting the problem solved.  In the first call to Verizon, my email send/receive settings were updated and when that did not work, I was told that there was something wrong with Outlook, my email program. I had an out-of-state online computer repair company check my computer for malware, clean my registry and check Outlook for problems.  The repair service updated Outlook with a few revisions from Microsoft and stated that it should be working fine.  However, I still couldn't read or send email.  I contacted Verizon a second time, they fiddled with the settings, could not get email working and told me Outlook was the problem.  The third time I called Verizon Tech Support, they told me the problem could only be solved by purchasing Verizon Premium Tech Support for $90.  I contacted Mr. Quintero who checked my computer for no charge and told me the problem was with Verizon.  I called Verizon once again and this time told them I had forgotten my password and could not get into my email  This time I got a Verizon tech who knew what to do.  He changed my password  and changed two of my email settings back to their original values.  Voila!  Problem solved.  I commend Mr. Quintero for determining that the problem was not with my computer and urging me to press forward to get Verizon to respond to the problem.  I recommend being persistent with Verizon until you get someone who knows what they are doing.  There is a lot of variation in the quality of Verizon's technical personnel.
