Had a clog in the bathroom, they came a few times because couldn't figure out what the issue was, Bob, went above and beyond to figure out what was causing the issue and then once it was discovered, they were back to repair it.  I believe I was charged a fair price considering the work was done on Sunday, Thursday evening, and Saturday afternoon.  Also, checked all the piped going out to main line to make sure nothing else was clogged up so I wouldn't have any more problems because there were some roots in the one pipe.  Reseated the toilet, did moderate cleanup.  Of course there's always some more to clean up, but I was pleased that it wasn't a total mess when they left. They are very professional and fair.  

They are prompt and fair and very communicative when issues arise.  They have worked around my schedule and completed jobs in a timely and effective manner.  They repaired the many leaks created by years of neglect and found cost effective solutions beyond just patching here and there.  I continue to use them as work progresses and highly recommend their services.

It could not have been better.  Justin was punctual, professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He apprised me of everything he was doing and the diagnoses of the problems. He completed all of this in less than an hour for which I will be billed about $130.  He volunteered that I am entitled to the $15 first-time Angie's List subscriber discount and told me that I can deduct that from what I remit.  Pawlak Plumbing has demonstrated itself to be a company of competence and integrity.  I have found my new plumber!

When the hole broke through the pipe I couldn't use any water. I called Pawlak and a person answered the phone! He was sympathetic to my problem and said he would sent someone the same day. I asked that they call so I knew when they were coming. I got a call and the plumber arrived shortly thereafter. The problem was fixed quickly and he was very nice and polite. It was so pleasant dealing with them. I would definately use them again

We got a proposal for the work from Mr. Pawlak and one other provider.  Pawlak Plumbing had the better price. Communication was great.  They did what they said they would do at the time they said they would do it. The guys who did the work were Jason and Justin.  They were professional and pleasant.  They didn't even complain when they had to get a bigger jackhammer because the concrete in the garage was about 10 inches thick. Clean up was good.  We would hire them again.

Worked very hard. He was very prompt when the team arrived. Very happy with the job done.

Contacted them on 7/17 through Angies List and they responded the same day. They came out on 7/20 to give me the estimate. They called back later the same day to tell me they would be out Weds late morning (a little late because they were tied up at another job). I was very happy with their professionalism and the work they did. Very nice fellas. Would definitely hire them again and do recommend them.

Pawlak Plumbing responded promptly to our request to install a new garbage disposal after our old one died.  The work was fine and the new unit works as expected.  The problem was that when the bill arrived, we had been charged $150 for the Insinkerator Badger 5 unit that they installed.  I had seen this unit priced below $100 at several retailers, both local and online, so I found this to be a HUGE mark-up.  I had no problem with the $95 they charged for labor.  
When I spoke with someone at the company, I was told that this reflected the price that they paid from their plumbing supplier plus a 15% mark-up.  So the question is whether Pawlak Plumbing is being ripped-off by their supplier or whether they are not being honest about the price.  And while it is not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, I don't think it speaks well to their integrity as a company, and I will no longer use or recommend them.

They were very prompt, professional, and courteous.  I would highly recommend them.  They even mentioned there was a coupon for their services on angieslist and to be sure that I did not forget to send that in with the payment.

Very responsive with setting up and appointment. Did not have to LVM-phone answered by owner of the company. Service within 48 hours of my call. Employees were a little late getting to my home(30 minutes) but did have the courtesy to call and let me know they were running late. I own a very old house with very old pipes. The work was efficient and they did not leave a mess. We discussed the eventually need to renovate this old bathroom with old leaky pipes, but there was no pressure involved or scare tactics. Just facts and good information. I have used many plumbers in the past and it is obvious they do not like working on old homes or they were pushy and intimidating....I did not get that feeling from Pawlak plumbers. I felt they were honest and sincere and will be calling them  to set up an appointment for a bathroom remodel estimate!

They came promptly and looked at the water heater. They determined that it was leaking and had to be replaced. The job was completed in about 1 hour.

They came when promised, arrived on time, did all the work.  Refilled the hole with asphalt.  Work is good, but the asphalt is sinking.  I've not complained about it, nor given them a call to ask for a repair of it, so I'm not sure if they would do that or not.  I've had no issues with the sewer backing up in heavy rains since installation.
