I can not say enough about him! He is wonderful and spent four hours with me and my sister to help us get started packing up the house to move. He gave recommendations for other services I needed that turned out wonderfully as well. Because of his help, my house sold in a month.

I first contacted Paul about downsizing and organizing a move for my elderly parents in January of 2012. He was extremely professional- placing my parents' wishes, needs and safety first. He rapidly assessed their situation and made valuable recommendations about what needed to be moved, stored, sold and donated. He played a key role in facilitating in all four of these crucial areas.
In the middle of the move, my father became ill and died suddenly. Paul's support and kindness was so helpful for both my mother and me. With great compassion, he made a very challenging and emotional move smooth and relatively seamless.
I would recommend him highly- especially to older people who are in the process of downsizing. He is honest and well worth the hourly fee.

Paul is unfailingly courteous and professional. He shows up punctually, works without stopping, and is pleasant to be with. You can't just show him a mess and expect him to deal with it, because he respects that it is your space and your stuff, and he wants you to make the decision (keep, toss, donate) on how to dispose of each item. But that is a plus, not a minus; you don't want someone else going through your stuff without your having a say in what gets kept. A large part of his business is helping elderly people to move into smaller quarters, and he is aware of the emotional ramifications of such situations. I just hope he's still in business when I get to that stage! (Please note that he does not work with hoarders.)
