We are a Mom & Pop Operation, the shop is located in our home. I have been repairing clocks since 1968. All work is done on-site, without the use of subcontractors. I am a Certified Master Clockmaker, Graduate of the National Clockmakers Institute. I repair each clock as though it were my own. All clock repair comes with a One Year Unconditional Guarantee. Perfect..I was expecting to have to leave it but he fixed it in 20 minutes. He also gave me a very interesting tutorial on How the clock works!!! I will be taking any clock I have to him. He didn't even charge me for his time!

Paul performed a minor miracle on my 50’s-era Black Forest cuckoo clock. On top of getting the clockworks repaired and restoring the facade to near-mint condition, when I picked it up from his shop he spent a good half hour explaining the proper setting, leveling and operation of the clock. I’m positive that I’ll be enjoying this family heirloom for years to come. Thanks so much Paul. Wonderful job!

Very well! Clock is very elderly. Judy came to home and determined it would need to go to the shop (it could not be repaired on-site). She gave a price estimate and we agreed on when I would call to see if it was repaired. It was done in about a month--the timeframe that she said was likely. She and Paul brought it to my home and set it up and made sure it was running correctly. Cost was actually less than the estimate. Great discussion of old clocks and how to keep mine in good order. I greatly appreciated the repair since it is exceedingly difficult to identify people with appropriate expertise and experience, and it is particularly worrisome with an ancient and delicate old clock. They were responsive, timely, and the clock is now running well! They repaired another clock of mine about 15 mos ago and it is running perfectly too.

Judy came at the time agreed, was able to correct the problem without taking the clock to the shop, and was pleasant and knowledgeable. She also did routine maintenance on the clock, which he had not done since it was purchased 15 years ago.

Paul and Judy are outstanding, highly professional and amazingly honest. Their promise to take care of any problems within a year was kept. A mistake made with the grandfather clock was found and corrected by them at no cost. The initial cost seemed high, but this is our first grandfather clock, and after spending less on other so-called "repairmen" Paul's knowledge and love of repairing clocks is worth every penny. Taking apart such a complex timepiece obviously takes great skill, patience and a lot of time. So far the grandfather clock is running well. The other two clocks have been operating beautifully. Again, after taking the mantel clock to many so-called "repairmen" and wasting hundreds of dollars, his price was less than most, but his workmanship greatly excelled them all. He lovingly put our family heirloom cuckoo clock back together, not only the internal parts, but even the well-worn case. I doubt you could find a more skilled, caring, and honest clock repairman in the Pittsburgh area...perhaps in all western PA. Highly recommend them.

With much trepidation, I took the tabletop clock to Paul. He fixed it at a very reasonable price, based on my past experiences with clocks. Plus there is a year guarantee on the repair, which is a great and unexpected bonus! I did not meet Paul but his wife Judy was very nice and she make a house call to check out the grandfather's clock. She also brought back the tabletop clock, which was great so that I didn't have to worry that I would drop it. Home visit went well. My two companion clocks are working well! In terms of location of repair, then, I checked off service provider's location, because there is no option to say the work was done both at that location and at my home.

Paul's Clock Repair is the best when it comes to clock repair. My wall clock would not run more than 0ne week at a time and was constantly stopping. After his repair the clock returned to full 31 day operation and it is keeping excellent time. I live in the North Hills of Pittsburgh and traveled to the South Hills to use this vendor. It was really worth the trip. The work was done on time at the price quoted. I'm absolutely delighted with the service.
