Very well considering the horrific situation my neighbor had put us all in.  I  live in & own several rental properties all in one block.  A neighbor had hoarded animals, w/an enormous amount of feces all thru her home, w/accompanying roaches, rats & fleas in her house when it was raided by Animal Control.  The house was immediately condemned & scheduled to be razed.  As none of my properties had any pest problems before this situation, I very much wanted to keep it that way.  I called Chuck at Patriot Pest Control, he came right out & inspected each of my properties, suggesting options to keep out the rodents & insects when the house was demolished, as well as preventative monthly exterior treatments.  Those were started in December of 2010, the house was demolished in February of 2011, and as of June 2011 there were still no pests in any of my properties, so we discontinued the exterior treatments.  It's October, still no problems.  Thank you Patriot Pest Control!  Patriot Pest Control & Chuck were very helpful and kept any of my properties from being overrun w/the vermin in the condemned house.
