We are in the closing process of selling our house and the buyer asked that we fix this problem. With my other quotes, they came in told us what they were going to do and gave us a quote. With Jim, he looked inside and outside thoroughly. He followed through with questions. So do ask lots of questions. He answers every one of them and explains why. However, the material he used was overwhelmingly smelly. I would recommend doing this project when you can have windows open and vent the house.
