+ -1 moreSTEVE AND BERNIE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF DESCRIBING HOW THESE MATTRESSES/SPRINGS ARE MADE, WHAT THEY'RE MADE OUT OF, ETC. THEY PROVIDED WRITTEN INFORMATION AS WELL AS MODELS OF THE PRODUCT. THEY DID NOT RUSH ME; RATHER, THEY ENCOURAGED ME TO LIE ON THE BEDS TILL I WAS SURE WHICH WAS MOST COMFORTABLE FOR ME. THEIR SCHEDULING IS FLEXIBLE. THE DELIVERYMEN WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW MATTRESS/SPRING SET (ORTHO ULTRA FIRM SET; LOPROFILE BOXSPRINGS). THE SET WAS DELIVERED AND SET UP ON MY BEDFRAME.
