We purchased our Oreck Vacuum from this location five years ago. It came with a twenty-one year service plan which allows us to have the sweeper cleaned and tuned once a year at no charge, unless something needs replaced. The first three years of service were wonderful. The store employees were professional, courteous and spot on. Last year the personnel changed and we noticed a huge change in professionalism as well as the service our sweeper received. This past visit was worse. When we brought the sweeper in we told the technician the previous year we had not received an extra belt. He assured me he would include a spare belt. When I picked up the sweeper there was no belt. I mentioned this to the only employee in the store at that time. She argued a spare belt was not included in the service. She then proceeded to tell me the store was under new management because the other management did things wrong, totally unprofessional. When I got the sweeper home I noticed a tab was missing off the back and the sweeper was not tuned to the previous standards. From now on we will drive across town rather than take another chance with this location.
