Worked alongside the owner of this business on an entire house flip and a few other odd jobs. His construction mindset is to hurry jobs as quickly and easy as possible and still manages to run over schedule and budget. Doesn’t pay much mind to making things to code or built to last. If by some chance things turn out plumb and square, don’t expect them to stay that way for long. Also, not an honest person. Doesn’t settle debts that were agreed upon unless legal action can be taken against him. Horrible temper as well. Berates people, throws tools and supplies and screams inventive bundles of obscenities any time work isn’t easy. His boisterous display of his personal character sure made the neighbors stop and stare. Wouldn’t trust him in my home or to build/repair anything I would trust my family in.
