He didn't try to up-sell me on a lot of additions - In fact he even told me that there was something I was considering that I didn't need! They arrived when they were supposed to and everything was done in the time frame expected. I was happy with the service.

Perfectly. I called him to get an estimate to replace the furnace because I had just spent over $1,000 the day before to have another company fix it and their "repair work" only lasted a matter of hours. George had someone at my house within 20 minutes of my call and when he took a look at the furnace he was able to fix the problem in a matter of minutes, cleaned it up, tested it and throughout the entire process was incredibly helpful, courteous and nice. Later, the owner called me back to check on it and also to suggest that I try to get a refund from the first company.
