OAK CREST PET CREMATORY

Mr Donatelli was very professional. He was kind and understanding. It was hard losing my sweer little fur baby. He took care of her as though she was his.

Phillip deserves beyond an A+ rating. When we lost our beloved cat, we took him to Oak Crest on the recommendation of a family member. The service we received was exceptionally professional and genuine. It was important to us that our pet be cremated on his own rather than in a group and that's exactly what we got. Phillip treated our pet with dignity and respect, no differently than a human would be treated and this meant so much to us. We received genuine sympathy and accommodating service. While ideally we would like to never need these services again, when the time ultimately comes we will be returning to Oak Crest without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about Phillip, this is a great organization!

We knew that our 12 year old retriever was fading.  A day or two before he left us, I decided to have him cremated rather than be buried.  So I visited the Oak Crest facility to see for myself where my boy would go.  Philip was very nice and showed me around and answered all my questions.  Most people probably wouldn't go this far, but I wanted to be sure that the ashes I received were actually of my dog and that he would be treated with dignity.  I was very impressed with the whole operation.  Philip reserved a time for us, and my wife and I drove to Oak Crest from the veteranarian with our guy.  It was hard, but we felt a need to be involved in as much of the process as possible.  Anyway, three hours later we had his ashes which helped us begin healing from the heartbreak of losing our much loved pet.
