 + -1 moreWhen we discovered that we had been lied to on several occasions by the agent, we went to Carol Palomera, the office manager, and were told our agent was doing a perfectly fine job. Despite offering to pay to be released from our contract, we were not allowed to do so. They protected an incompetent agent who did not know city rules and regulations for selling a home. To add insult to injury, the agency charges a fee of $275 as an "administrative fee" on top of the commission of 6%.
Description of Work: We contracted with an agent at Northwood Realty Services to sell our home.
