He came right away, he knew what he was doing. We had rain coming and I was pleased that he did it so quickly. I would use him again.

Very well. Estimate was the better of two (by over $200), the crew arrived on time and got the whole thing done in a day.

The offer was about the best of several estimates I got for the roof. The work was well done, and there was no mess left over. Nick was friendly and helpful in his thoughts about what I might need to do next. I will definitely ask him for help again.

This is basically a one-man operation. Although he has a helper, his helper does not actually get on the roof. I really only have one suggestion. He should be more thorough with his estimates, and they should include all aspects of work that needs to be done on the roof. It is difficult for one to get on their own roof to find what needs to be done.

AT FIRST BLUSH, I LIKED NICK. ALTHOUGH IT TOOK A WEEK FOR HIM TO COME OVER FOR A BID, I DIDN'T RULE HIM OUT ON THAT BASIS. HE STATED HE DOES MORE THAN CHIMNEY WORK, (WHICH WAS INITIALLY WHY I CALLED), SO I SHOWED HIM A LOT OF OTHER THINGS I NEEDED DONE. HE DIAGNOSED THE CHIMNEY PROBLEM, BUT NO ONE ELSE WHO LOOKED AT IT AGREED WITH HIS DIAGNOSIS. I WAS IN CLOSE CONTACT WITH HIS WIFE (WHO ACTS AS HIS SECRETARY) DURING ALL OF THIS, AND SHE SAID IT WAS NO PROBLEM WHEN I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE DO THE CHIMNEY WORK. APPARENTLY, NICK HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT. AFTER WAITING A MONTH TO GET THE WORK SCHEDULED, (WHICH WAS TO COMMENCE ON A MONDAY), THE WIFE SENT A FAX THAT FRIDAY SAYING NICK WASN'T SHOWING UP, BUT I COULD RESCHEDULE WHEN THE CHIMNEY WORK WAS DONE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THAT REALLY PUT ME IN A PICKLE, AS A WHOLE MONTH HAD GONE BY, AND I WAS RELYING ON HIM TO DO THIS WORK. ALTHOUGH I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO DISCUSS THE FAX, MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED.

NICK DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER, I FEEL HE WAS HONEST IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF OUR PROBLEMS. HE WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND WE FEEL HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
