Jeff did a great job. He got back to me right away, he quickly scheduled the service and was on time. The job was quick and cleanup after was great.

Jeff and his helper came within a couple of days of me contacting him and got the job done! I have had them here multiple times over the years and I have always been happy. Jeff is very personable and reliable and I will always call him first when I have issues!

We used to use this company years ago, and they were very professional and punctual. Several years ago we contacted them regarding tree removal, and set up an appointment for the first tree. They came and removed it with no problem. We called to set up a time for another removal, and never heard back. After several times of being told “We’ll get back to you next week” and “I’ll stop by later this week to take a look”, we have given up. We have literally tried at least 8 times to get them to come back with no success. What gives? Don’t know how a company can go from very professional to no response. Needless to say, we found someone else.

No response. Work remains unfinished. Totally non responsive despite promises to complete.

I contacted Jeff on Monday his men were here Wed, They droped this thing between the shed and a large maple without touching the shed, quite impressive,quick, polite and very professional. I highly recommend

This was the second time we hired Neighborhood Tree Service in an emergency situation. I called early in the morning and by around 7pm, the job was done! They did a fantastic job, as usual! We could barely see evidence they were ever there because their clean up was so thorough. It's comforting to know they are just a phone call away if we ever need them again!

Great, Called on Thursday at 3:00 pm, was at my house at at 8:15 Friday to look at the job an give me an estimate. Returned at 11:00 with his crew, by 2:00 The job was completely done. You cannot tell that there was ever a tree there. They did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely hire again and recommend to others.They also were very conscientious of not damaging my deck. They were very nice and polite and take pride in there work.

Fantastic - Neighborhood Tree wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive. I believe the value was spot on. They were responsive, professional, prompt, and courteous. Would hire again if needed.

Highly recommend! First, Jeff got back to me right away. His estimate was very reasonable. What I liked is that Jeff was there at the start to make sure his crew was advised on exactly what needed done and Jeff was there when the job was finished to make sure the job was done right. His crew was very professional and made sure nothing was damaged including the yard. What I really liked was how his crew cleaned up the area when they were done. They made sure the yard, driveway, and street didn't have any debris left. I have had previous trees cut down and the crew didn't care about how they left the yard or surrounding area. I was very impressed with Jeff and appreciated how he was straight forward and did exactly what he told me when he gave me his estimate. I would highly recommend him. I will be using him again in the future.

Jeff came out for an estimate shortly after calling to setup an appointment and was very pleasant to work with. He really knows his stuff and was talking through the whole process of what they would have to do to remove the limbs from around power lines and over the house. Called them back after getting estimates from other companies and Neighborhood Tree Service was lowest and had the best description of removal process. The day of the actual work to be done, Jeff and crew came out early morning, spoke with us to confirm all work to be done, and get his crew right to work. They were finished by mid-afternoon and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves on both our property and our neighbor's driveway that they used to access some trees bordering both properties.

When I called Neighborhood Tree Service and left a message requesting an appointment for an estimate, Jeff returned my call within the hour.  We scheduled a time and he showed up as promised, calling first to confirm.  After receiving several estimates, I called and scheduled the work with Neighborhood.  The estimate from Neighborhood was competitive and in line with others that I received, but what also influenced my decision was Jeff's approach to the work and his friendly way of dealing with me and explaining what they would do and how the work would be done.  He also told me that he would very much appreciate my business and that also made an impression with me.

Jeff  call to confirm the work the day before and he and his crew arrived on time. The crew was professional and friendly and all of the work and clean up was completed in one day as promised.

I would definitely recommend Jeff and his company and, if necessary, use this service provider again.

Jeff was prompt in returning my call for an estimate to prune back an enormous tree in our backyard plus cut back other Ludlum trees.  We only had to wait over a week to get the work done.  Jeff is very personable and the men who actually did the work ( Eric and William "the Cowboy" )did an excellent job of pruning the tree back and trimming the Ludlum trees.  They did a terrific job of removing a tree stump that has been in our yard for years.  Also, did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves.  Our backyard looks very tidy now thanks to this company.  We would recommend using these guys in a heartbeat.

Just wanted to say I LOVE Neighborhood Tree Services! Jeff Douglas and his crew did a fantastic job removing a fallen tree from the roof of our shed. It was a massive tree that had broken off during the storm He came over right away to assess the job and gave us a great price. He came the next day and the crew had the job finished and everything cleaned up in less than 3 hours! They were great. The did whatever I asked them to do.

It went fantastic! I have used them before and they show up on time or early. They are the most cooperative and professional landscaping team I have worked with. They go above and beyond the scope of the contract.

I called on Tuesday, they returned the call Thursday, provided the estimate, and the trees were "all gone" by noon on Friday.  That weekend, we had a windy rainstorm and I didn't have to worry about the tree knocking down the electric lines. The men arrived on time and cleaned up anything that dropped in the yards and alley behind the house.

I contacted Neighborhood Tree Service for a second estimate.  Beside reading about the company on Angie's List, a neighbor recommended them.  Joe came out and gave us an estimate which was well below the first one I got.  I date was scheduled in a  timely manner.  Joe brought a large crew and was careful to lay tarps on the ground so no lawn would be disturbed.  The crew worked throughout the day and was able to completed the job in one day as promised.  Joe and the crew had to use heavy machinery and did a great job with protecting the grass and grounds in the yard.  Joe was very knowledgeable about trees and the correct way to remove large trees.  In addition, he and the entire crew were very friendly and professional.  They cleaned the yard and even laid the chipped bark as mulch in the back of the yard.

Responded promptly with estimate for job. Actually scheduled work within three days after contacting owner. Arrived on time,completed job efficiently, and cleaned up yard. Would definitely use this tree service again.
