What happened next was unbelievable. I received a very abrupt and angry call from Bruce. "I'd like to know why you didn't show up today", he asked.  Stunned, I apologized for forgetting and tried to explain but was quickly interrupted and told I have been BLACK LISTED and I will not be able to call there again and he hung up.  I tried calling back but I'm actually being blocked.
Here's the deal:  I would never return back there if he were to offer me FREE service.  Being a business owner, I work non-stop to make sure my customers are treated right.....even if they are wrong.
I will now recommend all of my family, friends, employees and associates to go elsewhere.

Being a business owner yourself, you will know that "no call/no shows" impede business productivity tremendously. After several customer no calls/no shows, we have made the business decision to no longer reschedule these customers. We do this out of respect for our customers that keep their commitments. Regarding your phone calls, we do not block calls. You may want to check with your carrier. We wish you and your family the best. Bruce Mulley Jr."
