Moving
During this, my husband and I were both sick. They are very flexible because I was sick and wasn't completely ready to go. They went above and beyond what they were suppose to do and helped me so much. They were the lowest bid that we got. They were right on time. The move went so smoothly. They did a fantastic job and we had no problems. I would recommend them. They come ahead and do as estimated.

The first crew of 3 showed up a couple hours late due to "traffic." They loaded everything out of 2 storage units. Then that crew of 3 left and 4 nice young men brought the truck to our new home. By that point it was about 7 p.m. They unloaded some of our boxes and decided they needed to finally take a break and get some dinner and drive to the garage and pick up our other belongings. During the drive the straps broke and everything went flying breaking a leg off my antique desk. Luckily I had packed the boxes very well and only a couple of glasses were broken. Finally at about 12:30 my husband sent them home and told them to come back and finish the next day. The guys were exhausted. That was Friday. A crew of 2 came back Monday morning and busted their rears and got it done. We were told Friday night that there would be no charge for them finishing. When the guys finished on Monday we were told we owed another $220 and we had to pay in cash. The young men moving were great but were exhausted from being over booked. I would hire them personally but not through this company.

Andrew and his team were timely and friendly throughout the move. However several things went wrong during the move that were not accounted for afterward. While moving a dresser upstairs, they put a hole into the drywall. A sizeable hole - about 12"x12". Andrew stated he would fix it the following week. At the end of the move, he claimed that they had forgotten a table top - leaving it in my front yard. The table was not found, but then he called later saying it was in the moving truck. After dodging my calls and texts for four days, I finally got a hold of him though not from him calling me back but my persistance, he finally told me the table top was broken. He said he had taken it in for an estimate to have it replaced right away and would put in the order. A week later, my broken table top was finally returned. When I called the company to ask about the order for replacement, they told me it had just been brought in for quote the previous day and no order had been placed. So at this point, I have a broken wall and a broken table top and still am not getting returned calls or texts. And it appears some of my jewelry is missing from my jewelry box - none of any significant value but all had sentimental meaning. I can only assume this is from the move, but have no evidence of this.
Beware, this is a great price and a friendly crew but if anything goes wrong, there will be no follow-up, just empty promises. He is unresponsive and will either ignore you or spin a tale that assures you things are being taken care of but there will be no actual results.

Overall Drew and his crew were very nice and worked well with my family. They were suppose to have 3 guys only 2 showed up. I was quoted as the job would only take 3 hours to move out of my townhouse to our new house, the entire move took 6 hours. I told the guys up front that the wood on my bedroom furniture was very soft wood. I found a number of damages to the dressers and the headboard was severely damaged. I emailed Drew and explained the damaged he informed me to get a quote for repair and he would submit a claim to his insurance company. Besides the damage to the couple of pieces of furniture, they did an OK job, just wish it would have moved quicker.
BEWARE Drew Damaged our bedroom furniture and after ensuring me had insurance and after I went through the trouble of getting an estimate for repair, I came to find out he has no insurance what so ever. Its now been months and we are still trying to get Drew to pay for the damages. Beware he has no insurance and good luck getting him to cover your damages. I know have a headboard that is going to the trash after his negligence.

"Unfortunately workers get sick as they did on this day. I adjusted the price accordingly for the loss of the employee and customer was fine with the price. Moving an entire house is a full job and I explained that the minimum hours was 3 hours to a max of six. I do feel bad about the furniture that was damaged. I switched insurance companies and I am personally paying for the damages to your property. On my website I have nothing but positive reviews and references. I hope that we can resolve our problems."
