I contacted Brian Watkins for the first time in July,2012. At that time he was upfront and honest and was unable to help me. he promised, however, that he would be able to by feb, 2013. He was true to his word. he contacted me via email in February just to keep me informed on rates. In April, i contacted him and we began the process. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He guided me in the right direction. I appreciate all his work.
