The Tie retaining wall replacement was completed incorrectly thus causing the "new" wall to lean and driveway to sink-in. Due to incorrect construction, the wall, as well as the driveway, need to have extensive repair which is costing us double the amount we paid to Moleton Landscaping already. When Justin was contacted regarding the situation, he refused to accept responsibility for improper construction, to repair the current situation or refund our money. Through further investigation we discovered he is NOT a licensed contractor or registered as mandated by the Attorney General. We have filed a Civil Complaint with our local magistrate against Moleton Landscaping.
Description of Work: Justin Moleton of Moleton Landscaping was retained to replace a rotting tie wall which separates a pair of driveways and is a support wall.

Contacted the company for landscaping services. Was told someone would stop by on Friday. Waited the entire day and no one called or came by. Following a few days no one has still called or stopped by.
