I FEEL THAT THE GENTLEMAN I TALKED TO HAD NO CORDIALITY AT ALL. I HAD TO CALL THEM & TELL THEM I WAS VERY DISTRESSED WITH THE INSTALLATION, THEY CRACKED A CORNER OFF OF THE CONCRETE STEPS. THERE WAS CONCRETE PATCHES SMEARED ALL OVER, NOT DONE NEAT. I DID NOT THINK HE WAS VERY GOOD AT ALL. HE DID NOT ACT LIKE IT WAS A BIG DEAL, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS A MESS.
