Work was completed in a timely manner, and looked okay. However, right off the bat we had loose steps. I called every year to have steps glued, and he never came out. Now, just 4 years in, one section of the walls is failing. I have left 4 voicemails, one message at his office, one text, and one email and he has not gotten back to me. He has a new company, called GSL Outdoor Living and works in the Pittsburgh area. He had given me a 10 year warranty on the workmanship and now will not stand by his warranty. I strongly urge people not to hire this company. His name is Tim McAuliffe, regardless of what he calls his company.
