I came home on a Saturday afternoon to find that my old hot water tank had ruptured and was spewing water all over the basement. I did get the water and gas turned off and had a bit of a mess but no real damage in the basement. I then started the task of trying to find a plumber to come out that day to replace the failed tank. I called several plumbers, including the one that had installed the last tank, but on a Saturday afternoon was either getting no answer or answering machines. I then called Miller Plumbing based on some reviews and the fact that they had 24x7 service. The owner, Eric, answered on the second ring and I proceeded to explain my issue. Eric was very nice and very professional. He presented me with several options and he was very patient discussing them with me. He said he could have someone out within the hour, and we agreed on the tankless system. It was more expensive initially, but since it was expected to last twice as long as a tank, and i'd had issues with several tanks in the past it seemed like the best choice. John, the technician, did arrive right on schedule and began to remove the old tank and old plumbing. Eric came over with the new tankless system and within 4 hours they had the system completely converted over and new plumbing in place. They were very professional, cleaned up extremely well, and made sure that I understood the new system completely. Eric reviewed the operation and maintenance of the new system several times with me, and answered any questions that I had.
I would definitely use them again.

I would not hesitate call this plumber again.
Milled temporarily moved some small shrubs near the house and with a small backhoe, excavated the drain pipe. The major excavation was about 15 feet long, 4 feet deep, and 3 feet wide. He replaced the blocked underground pipes, and installed a proper clean-out access. He then filled-in the trench, re-planted the shrubs, and smoothed-over the dirt as well as possible so that I could re-plant grass. He did a nice job of cleaning-up and took away any excess dirt. Now, water poured down the downspout comes out where it should. The whole project took about 3 days.
