Milev Contracting

Nick from Milev construction was contracted to repair large hole in kitchen ceiling. The hole was the result of prior plumbing issue and needed to be re-drywalled. The work was done on Dec 3-4-2024. Nick did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results. I found Nick to be very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Milev construction for any repair or painting job that you may need. I would hire him again for any further repairs or painting that I may need.

Nick was kind, detailed, and communicative. The trifecta of any contractor you want to hire. He painted the entire inside of our house and did a spectacular job. He updated me on his progress throughout the project, and was straightforward about all of his pricing. I would hire Nick again and I HIGHLY recommend him. A+

If you need a ceiling repaired Milev is the man to call. He did a superior job, I hope we don't get anymore pin hole leaks but if it happens I will definitely call him again.

Nick did work on our basement including drywall install/repair. I can't recommend him enough! He was very professional and the work he did was fantastic. If we need anything done, we always ask him first if it's stuff he does.

I loved this contractor. He was so professional and caring. He and his worker were on the job when he said they would be there. They cleaned up after they were done. I absolutely loved these guys! I would highly recommend them for your drywall/plaster wall/painting job, etc. They did an outstanding job on making my 115 year old house hallway walls look like new. They look 1000 times better! Nick was excellent with communication and he and his crew were so nice to work with. When they finished the job they did a great job cleaning up everything too. We will definitely be calling them back.

Nick was excellent! I had a complicated repair and he considered options with me and took the time to listen to my questions. Each step he asked me to check to be sure i was satisfied. His workmanship and customer service was exceptional! He pays attention to every detail and fixed everything so that it was done right and not a quick fix. Nick was very professional he is meticulous in his work. Nick and his team have an outstanding work ethic. They did a beautiful job painting my living/dining room area and hall. Nick also painted my bathroom and installed a new toilet, cabinet, vanity, mirror and floor. I will definetly use Nick in the future for other home improvements.

Atanas (Nick) takes great pride in a job well done. He repaired drywall in my basement and skim coated the walls. There were a few moldy areas and he was very thorough about removal of the mold. He explained his process and the materials needed. He was willing to work around my work schedule. The finished product is great! I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

Antanas (Nik) did an Outstanding job on my drywall repair. The repair was done in a corner of our finished basement. Antanas, is punctual, receptive to phone calls,and his work is second to none. Atanas did more than paint. He removed wall paper that simply did not want to come off the walls. He then washed, sealed and skimmed my kitchen walls. He is truly professional and a perfectionist.
