Words cannot express how grateful we are to Michelle. To say that she goes "above and beyond" doesn't begin to describe her dedication. I should first confess that we are not the easiest clients. My husband and I agreed on the basics of what we wanted in a home, but as they say - "the devil is in the details" - and accompanying us in a house search is not for the faint of heart. Not once did Michelle lose patience with us. She told us repeatedly that her only concern/goal was to help us find the house that would make us happy. She really meant it, cause I think we put that to the test! Once we did finally find the house we both loved in the neighborhood we both liked you'd think it would be smooth sailing - but no - the house we had to have was a HUD owned property and there were special conditions, extra work and a boat full of unforeseen problems. Michelle never flinched. She put in longer hours and worked even harder. We couldn't have done this without her.
