Each week there was something not done. It always looked like they hurried through the house. I would have to rewipe furniture as it looked like it was wet! I would leave notes...they scratched and rubbed off the numbers on my new stove one week. When I called to cancel them, I got a machine and they never called to see why I was leaving. I don't think they really care about the customer

One funny thing...when I changed credit cards and I called to tell them that I had a new one...they called back immediately!

They come in and what they do is not what I want exactly. I had one woman come in twice a month and she was wonderful. Then people get old and stop cleaning and you get new ones. People do not know how to clean anymore. They do not know how to clean house I want them to clean house how I learned to clean growing up with my mother. I want them to wash around the baseboards, clean the floor, wash in the corners and things you would see that need to be done. Like if you see a smudge on the wall. I certainly don?t expect them to clean my walls but if there is a spot there just to wipe it off. People don?t do that anymore. I am not satisfied like Merry Maids. The come in and do about twenty minutes work. At my age you don?t have choices. I need someone to clean my house. We have to make do with what we have. They do clean the bathrooms well.

I did not get a thorough cleaning. Some furniture was left undusted, the window sills were not cleaned. Many things were not moved while cleaning - for example part of my kitchen floor was not clean because they left the recycling bin where it was. They did not vacuum well. They came back and vacuumed parts of furniture that were still furry from cat hair. I had been assured that all cobwebs would be taken care of and some were and some were not. I was surprised that such a well known company would do such an un-thorough job - and that their prices were so high for only half the house! I was very disappointed.

It was a horrible, horrible experience. They didn't move my dining room chairs to vacuum, so they nicked 3 chairs, damaging them. I wanted them to move the goblets in my kitchen to clean around them and they said they had to get to their next appointment. Their work was so poor I asked them to leave.

House was not cleaned well enough to justify the high price. Had to have them come back after the first cleaning to get places that were missed, one example: dust under the clock radio.

They gave me one price, and they were gonna charge another. They were gonna clean my oven, and they asked me if I had any Easy Off! I was not pleased with their work, and I wouldn't hire them again.

The experience has been pretty good. Sometimes I think they could be more thorough, but they have been hired to do light housework. They are supposed to clean the toilets but I do not think that they do that. One of the girls is very good, but the other girl changes from week to week. The girl that always comes is very good but the other girl is hit and miss. It would be nice to have the same girls each week.
