He arrived ahead of time and had everything ready to go for testing with the borough. I'd also like to say that his assistant is great at scheduling and relaying information. When he arrived he went right to work and was very efficient. After the test he was very patient and proficient in explaining what needed to be done to correct the problems that the test found. He talked through options of how to correct the problems and provided estimates for various options. We currently need an outdoor item fixed before continuing on the plumbing but we really appreciated all of the testing and evaluation work he did. We will most definitely consider him in the future for work going forward and we were very impressed with his professionalism.
