The experience was good. Despite there being a glitch in the delivery time. They came early before we got out of bed. They came back the next day.

WENT TO STORE TO BROWSE. TIME TO PURCHASE LIMITED DUE TO INCOMING HOUSE GUESTS. ADVERTISED SPECIAL WAS DECEIVING, AND POOR QUALITY MATTRESSES WERE THE ONLY ONES ON SPECIAL. SALESMAN KEPT PUSHING TO MAKE SALE--I FINALLY BOUGHT. FOUND BETTER QUALITY AND PRICING ELSEWHERE. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL PURCHASE, SALESMAN WAS RUDE AND CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES AFTERWARD TO PRESSURE ME INTO RECONSIDERING, THEN PERSONALLY BERATED ME.
