Eric did a great job at a very reasonable price. He worked very, very hard for a small price. The painting was about 1/2 of the cost, and the cleaning and stripping accounted for the rest. Eric was willing to work with us to do the stripping a little at a time as we can afford-- with none of that arrogant "It's not worth my time to do a small job" contractor attitude you usually see. He gave us aesthetic advice and recommended paint that looked great. He was very personable and intelligent.
