Mary Ann has been our agent since 1999. I would never consider buying or selling a home without her by our side. She is fair, honest and tells you what you need to hear - not what you may want to hear! Her knowledge, tenacity and passion for her work is tremendous and her customer is her number one priority. We have both bought and sold homes with Mary Ann. We would recommend her to anyone. In our last purchase we were moving back to Pittsburgh - we needed to find a house and close within 6 weeks - and Mary Ann delivered, we were in our new house just as our house in Eastern PA was closing.

We were living in Boston last fall... so our house-search was a series of trips where we would see 20-30 houses in two or three days. Mary Anne was smart, funny, knowledgeable. She was very good at knowing when to offer input, and when to back off a bit and let us think about whether that particular house could suit us. In late September, we decided to shut down our search for the winter. We picked up the search again in February - and found a house that works well for us.

This is one of the only non affiliated real estate agencies which encouraged far more honesty and competence than from large real estate firms.
