I have used Martins before to clean my wedding ring so I felt comfortable with their shop.  The gentleman that does their repairs, cleaning, sizings gave me what I thought was a fair price.  The rings took 2 weeks and were ready on the day I was told.

MR. MARTIN WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH ME, SAT DOWN WITH ME, AND HELPED LOCATE AN EXACT REPLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL SETTING FOR THE DIAMONDS. THE PRICE ENDED UP BEING LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. WE WERE VERY HAPPY.
