Our overall experience was phenomenal. Mr Kieffer and his crew were always prompt, on-time, polite, efficient, professional and accomodating to any changes we wanted to make. He and his crew were wonderful with our children. The quality of the work is incredible. Mr Kieffer and his crew worked at our job throughout the process, he did not accept any other jobs until ours was finished and his crew was on our job site almost everyday for 10 months. While Mr Kieffer used subcontractors for some of the work (ie plumbing and electrical) he was always present for the work and most often aided the subs in completing the work. Highly, highly recommended.
