Mr. Mariani was friendly and nice. He went about his business and asked a couple questions. The initial process was fine. When we received a copy of the appraisal, there were multiple errors concerning our home, as well as errors in the comparables that greatly affected the value of the appraisal. The most egregious error was that Mr. Mariani grossly underestimated the square footage of our home. I submitted evidence 4 times to get all the errors corrected, most of which were taken care of. Mr. Mariani did adjust the value of the appraisal, but still did not appropriately fix the square footage in the report. After several attempts at submitting evidence to the bank, I eventually had to give up and chose to go with a different lender.

MR. ORRIE MARIANA WAS A JOY TO HAVE WORKED WITH. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS CAREFULLY AND WITH RESPECT. NOTHING WAS TOO DUMB TO ASK. I FELT HE WAS A TRUE PRO.
