We service and install what we sell, We offer no pressure sales consultation, samples provided on request, we try to treat you as we want to be treated when we make a major purchase which means no sales closing pressure, we encourage our customers to take their time when making a decision, we bring samples into their home so they can see how they look on their windows, if it is a night time appointment we will either leave samples behind or have them sent so they can see how they look with sunlight. We also bring a photo album with pictures from blinds we've installed locally. We feature Graber, Hunter Douglas,Shutter Smart,and Horizon natural shades. We avoid manufacturers who do not provide excellent customer service and warranty support. We feature new and exciting products for sliding glass doors for people who are tired of Vertical blinds. We don't advertise in the yellow pages because we have to add that cost into our prices and we have found our best source of customers comes from referrals from our existing satisfied customers. We will also give rough quotes over the phone without pressuring for an in home appointment. We sell and service the entire Western PA, Eastern Ohio, West Virginia area plus we also do appointments in the Hampton Roads-Virginia Beach area of Virginia, The Outer Banks of North Carolina, Wilmington and Greensboro areas of North Carolina.
