MACY'S

Terrible, and this is the second well below average experience I've had with Macy's and Worry No More. Short story is, bought a $1700 leather sectional couch approximately 18 months ago. Now the leather is flaking around every seam in the seats and 'Worry No More' told me, "Sorry, but your plan does not cover that kind of damage". So it just so happens the couch starts to show unreasonable wear just after the 1 year Warranty expires and Worry No More won't cover it. What a scam and waste of $$.
On top of that, the store manager tells me this past Sunday that she's spoken with the regional manager at Worry No More and they will 'contact Monday or Tuesday regarding a tech appointment to look at my sectional." Well, its now Thursday and nothing.
This is also the second time that Macy's and Worry No More did not deliver as advertised on a couch that I had purchased. And the first time, much like this time, Worry No More's response is "Sorry, nothing we can do"
I would avoid shopping at this store at all cost. The store, store management and Worry No More are all well below average in terms of service and you'll be wasting your money.

We bought a pillow-top mattress from Macy's. It's been just great for us. Getting the mattress was just terrific, and I get a good night's sleep every time. I travel a lot, and I look forward to getting home to my mattress regardless of how nice a bed I slept on while on the road.

We purchased a king sized bed and frame from Macy's. The staff were very helpful and answered our questions about different mattress brands, durability and popularity. The bed arrived on time as scheduled, and the delivery people helped put the frame together. Overall, we've been pleased with the mattress. Macy's provides a good selection of home furnishings for reasonable prices. We recommend taking advantage of their frequent sales.

THE SALES REP WAS VERY HELPFUL IN POINTING OUT THE PROS AND CONS OF MANY TYPES OF FURNITURE. HE WAS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUS. THE FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND EVEN THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE VERY POLITE.

SALESMEN WERE HELPFUL. DELIVERY OF FURNITURE WAS ON THE DAY AND TIME PROMISED.
